Conducted by PepperCube Consultants in collaboration with LMD during March and April 2026, the study assessed the perceptions of 600 managerial-level and senior respondents across organisations listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange, the LMD 100 and Brands Annual 2025. Janashakthi Life recorded strong rankings across several attributes, placing 26th for Leadership Profile, 27th for Financial Performance, 38th for Corporate Dynamism, 47th for Aspirational Workplace and 51st for Employee Wellbeing.
2026 ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் மற்றும் ஏப்ரல் மாதங்களில், LMD உடன் இணைந்து PepperCube Consultants நிறுவனத்தால் இவ் ஆய்வு நடத்தப்பட்டது. கொழும்பு பங்குப் பரிவர்த்தனையில் பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட நிறுவனங்கள், LMD 100 மற்றும் Brands Annual 2025 ஆகியவற்றுடன் தொடர்புடைய நிறுவனங்களைச் சேர்ந்த முகாமைத்துவம் மற்றும் சிரேஷ்ட மட்டத்திலான 600 பேரின் கருத்துகள் இந்த ஆய்வில் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்டன. பல்வேறு அம்சங்களில் ஜனசக்தி லைஃப் சிறந்த தரவரிசை இடங்களைப் பெற்றுள்ளது. தலைமைத்துவத் தோற்றப்பாட்டில் 26 ஆவது இடத்தையும், நிதிச் செயற்பாட்டில் 27 ஆவது இடத்தையும், மாறும் சூழலுக்கு ஏற்ப தகவமைக்கும் நிறுவன ஆற்றலில் 38 ஆவது இடத்தையும், விருப்பத்துடன் பணியாற்றக்கூடிய பணியிடமாக 47 ஆவது இடத்தையும், ஊழியர் நலனில் 51 ஆவது இடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.
